Job Title: Office Manager
Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience as an office manager
Salary: £26,000 Annual
Duties:
1. Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the
efficient running of the office.
2. Manage online and paper filing systems.
3. Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management.
4. Record office expenditure and manage the budget.
5. Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
6. Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs.
7. Assist with regards to potential sales and prospective customers.
8. Dealing with prospective customers and responding to their enquiries.
9. Dealing with customer emails and providing required information to customers.
10. Handles complaints from customer or any related party.
11. Assist the director with regards to marketing and growing the business.
